- To manage all purchasing needs on sites : production & energy (OPEX), investments (CAPEX) and services scopes.

Main interface between project & sourcing
1. Manage the sourcing activity of the Project
- Ensure that the overall QCD target of the Work Package material under responsibility is met
- Participate to the project management committee
2. Communicate project needs and ensures they are properly taken into account
- Organize launch meetings
- Challenge new gaps compared to tender commitments, REX, escalate if any critical delay is occurring
- Publish the specific legal requirements to be taken into account in negotiation
3. Define and implement the Project Sourcing Strategy in full respect of QCD commitments
- Establish and agree with the Project Manager on a Project Sourcing Strategy (if not done at Tender stage)
- Animate supplier selection with buyers through Business Award process, ask for arbitration when relevant
4. Manage the Material Work Package
- Review periodically the QCD material scope (Work packages) with the stakeholders, establish a robust vision “at completion”, taken into account risks, ambitions and incertitude's
- Establish bridge analysis at each milestones review

Missions :
Perform constant market search for potential suppliers according to tender and commodity needs.
Identify potential suppliers & perform Quick Industrial Audits (QIA)
Report on weekly basis through confcalls and meetings

Promote LLCC Suppliers in all tenders and at platform level with Standard Request For Quotation, challenge existing suppliers
