My experience is in signal processing, computer vision, machine learning and statistics with a strong emphasis on medical imaging applications in neuroscience and clinical practice. I contributed approximately 100 scientific publications (~4000 citations, h-index: 23), including 5 international patents, as well as several pieces of both commercial and open-source software.
