    Manage a team of Key Account Managers (Senior and Junior) and make sure the global strategy is put in place accordingly in each of the channels.

    Develop strong relationships within the company with key departments such as Media+, Franchises, PR and Motion Pictures in order to develop synergies and bring tailor made solution / proposal to his accounts.

    Brings his expertise to the whole Retail / Licensing department by sharing best practices and market datas.
