I control and manage the complete fabrication activity of the Project and report to the Yard Manager. I maintain the efficiency and the Safety awereness. I follow the Fabrication Budget, I prepare and follow the Fabrication Schedule. I review the contract requirements, contract administration procedures and I ensure they are communicated and implemented. I identify any interaction between different project phases and parties. I anticipate/resolve problems accordingly (sequences optimisation, recovery plan, change order…) and report any deviation to the Yard Manager. I prepare Weekly, Monthly Report and Customers meetings.
Skill gained: Managing People, Meeting Goals/Targets, Multidisciplinary capacity. Liaising with all departments and Clients, taking responsibility for decisions/actions.

I am in charge of the Plant Rebuilt Program (Budget 2011: 4169K€) and of the Planning Department, I guarantee the assets technical follow up, fleet performance reporting and analysis.
Skill gained: Understanding of the diverse West African culture and adapting to it, Training people, meetings organization, managing people, meeting goals/targets, predictive maintenance and mechanical components lifetime management.
