-Review products, tools, services, and facilities against requirements, standards and guidelines.
- Audit project processes for compliance with automotive customers standards, and established best practices. process evaluation and verification.
- Ensure project reviews (technical and management reviews) by providing status on compliance, problem areas, and risks.
-Establish methods, standards, guidelines, and tools to be defined for the project and verify they are documented in the project management plan or separate QA plan.
-Report results of product and/or service evaluations and process audits to the senior management, relevant stakeholders, and the project’s engineering process group .
- report metrics on the status of cost and schedule, product evaluations, project quality, and audits.
-Collect improvement information on the QA processes, establish and maintain a description of the defined process.
- Make decision of 90 % project’s feasibility from technical «process-machines-product specifications-end customer standards…» and quality sides «OEM and customers quality requirements and tests» for different customer «Valeo-Faurecia-JCI-Hella-Denso….» and with different OEM standards.
- Handling claims with different customer , 3D and 8D reparation and handling .Ensuring 100 % of customer satisfaction.
- APQP management, Control Plan and FMEA preparation and study for 2 projects during prototype and serial phases.
- Supporting different Kroschu plants and ensuring the well do with the implemented processes and the specified requirements.
- Standardizing 100% of lessons learnt during prototype and serial phases.
