Experienced IT team and project management. Technical specialist in infrastructure projects mainly in the desktops management area (Windows and some knowledge on other OS). With more than 16 years of IT experience as well as a project management.

I'm currently Senior Program Manager at Sword IF. Sword IF is part of Sword Group and is company of 2'000 collaborators providing information technology services all around the world.

My goal is to provide the best IT service I can. I want to share my current experience and I like to handle new Projects and Challenges. My passion I have for people and customer satisfaction is my engine for every day.

    Saint Didier au Mont D’or 2015 - maintenant I'll be in charge of Managing Project team and operational organization for projects around Microsoft technologies.

  • SOGETI SUISSE - Program Manager

    2014 - 2015 Program Manager for a World Wilde customer specialized in Congress & Events Organization.
    - Migration to O365 of 1'600 users from Google to O365. Migration of 1'500 mailboxes from Exchange on premise to O365.
    - Migration of the current infrastructure to a new datacenter and implement new services in System Center suite on Microsoft Windows 2012 R2 (AD, SCCM, Orchestrator, SCOM, SCDPM, ADCS, DirectAccess, SQL Cluster, SCSM) and email migration to Google Apps.
    - Global network solution for WW offices.
    I personally manage, coordinate, customize and optimize the Global deployment solution with the team and the imaging process for the worldwide rollout of Windows 8.1 (and all the coordination around preparation and shipping), email, GPOs + all other software needed on the new workstations such as security solutions, desktop management solutions, Google Apps and packaging processes.     2010 - 2015 Infrastructure Project Manager and Global Technical leader for a very large Windows 7 deployment using Microsoft System Center solutions and Microsoft virtualization solutions. I personally managed, coordinated, customized and optimized the Global deployment solution with the team on Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2010 solution and the imaging process for the worldwide rollout of Windows 7 + all other software needed on the new workstations such as application virtualization, security solutions, desktop management solutions, packaging process and GPOs.
