    2007 - 2009 Missions:
    In addition to general managing responsabilites:
    Coordinator of sales & marketing plans between other Lactalis business units for private labels and export actitivities of Czech-produced products (Czech - Poland - Switzerland - Italy - Germany - Scandinavia)

    Main achievements:
    Breakeven on operationnal profit in 2007, after 2 years restructuring Lactalis CZ, absorption of Kunin CZ in Lactalis international operations, and development to full capacity of recently acquired production facilities in Western Bohemia.

    Logistics and supply chain:I sponsored the restructuring of logistic roots, merging of back offices, selection of logistics providers, redefinition of processes.

    Marketing and sales development for private labels in CEE/SEE retailers + exports: strong development to reach full-scale capacity.

    Lactalis branded products: implementation of the flagship umbrella brand President on products sold in CEE

    Laval 2006 - 2007 I created the marketing department of Lactalis CZ:
    - brand building and communication
    - product development
    - marketing plan definition
    - promotion plan

    On the sales level, I restructured the department/

    - implementation of private labels policy for Czech retailing
