In charge of drug product development from Phase I to Phase III, including process validation. Design of development plan including ressources and costs needs.
Work at the interface between following departments: research, industrial development, clinical development, microbiological, regulatory affairs, quality and marketing.
Team management:
Management of technicians and scientists: formulation trials plan design and follow up. Implication in a sustainable improvement approach for the department. Participation in internal audits.
CMO Management:
Depending on technology needs, selection and work with CMO

- Products structure: Familiar with usual excipients and packagings, for oral and parenteral dosage forms.
- Liquid forms: Solutions/suspensions.
- Dry forms: Tablets, capsules, powder...
Dossier expertise:
Redaction of internal documentation (procedures, protocols, reports), IMPD, MAA.

Collaboration between two university research laboratories LCPO (Laboratoire de Chimie des Polymères Organiques) and ICMCB (Institut de Chimie de la Matière Condensée de Bordeaux) and a society, IDPS (Institut de Développement de Produits Pour la Santé, Staff : 30, Sales : 2,2 M€ in 2009).
Awarded with the Bordeaux PhD prize in 2010.
