    Support Client Continuous improvement team onsite. The aims of the project were to improve the
    process of the structure test team of the experimental engineering department.
    * Interview client
    * Draw process work flow (swim lane charts) ;
    * Try to highlight & express problems & waste in the process reveal by the audited
    resources during interview
    * Gathered & analyze data which confirm or invalidate the impression of the audited
    team
    * Assist & help the continuous improvement team during the value stream mapping
    work shop.
    * Walk default tree, in order to help the engineering team to find the root causes, draw
    the ``A'' Sheet

    2013 - maintenant QuEST Global Engineering is a diversified global engineering services company. The Montreal office is dedicated
    to Aero engine & Aeronautic Client. Major clients include Bombardier, Rolls Royce, UTAS & Pratt & Whitney.
    * Manage, lead, organize, and Coach my employees. My team is spread between client sites &
    Quest office. My role was to ensure that my employees that my employees have a reasonable
    work, they know their roles & responsibilities that they manage to reach the client
    requirements, that they receive the proper training, that they stay motivated, that they respect
    the process, & they act within the QuEST culture.
    * Interface with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the onsite resources
    * Coordinate bids for QuEST Montreal, to ensure the good communication with the offshore
    teams (United Kingdom, Australia, India)
    * Assist the Montreal General manager &American center manager regarding Canadian
    activities : participate to the business strategy elaboration, be his back up, set up commercial
    presentation, perform Client invoice, meet & develop relationship with local Clients.
