  4. to secure the productivity of my time comparing the Costs Actuals/forecasts and the allocated budget

  - DMU quality cluster coordinator : management of Airbus DMU development project or maintenance (around 15 projects)
  - CATIAV5 Application upgrade project management (400 days involving 10 resources)
  
  In situ activities : DMU product line manager on behalf of AIRBUS (Replacement during maternity leave) : DMU product line management, DMU project follow-up, subcontractors follow_up, budget follow-up. Focal point for others Airbus department.
