Apres 18 ans passes dans le management industriel et Business, dont 8 en Asie et 4 au Moyen Orient, j'ai acquis une riche experience en management de grosses equipes multiculturelles, operationelles et fonctionnelles, en conduite du changement, en management de projets internationaux, en management de l'amelioration continue des performances, ainsi que de solides competences dans les domaines de la Qualite (6 Sigma), de la Fabrication (Lean Manufacturing), de la Supply Chain (y compris les ERP notamment SAP), des Achats, des Methodes, de l'Industrialisation, et de la Maintenance.

Ma priorite absolue est la Satisfaction totale des Clients par l'amelioration continue des performances.     2010 - maintenant For Schneider Electric Final Distribution Manufacturing Activity in Europe (8 plants), manage a team of 10 people in charge to optimize Supply Chain and Industrial Performance from suppliers to Customers.
    Our targets are Safety, Customer Service and Logistic Offer excellence, while generating Capital Employed and Labor Productivities.
    I am also in charge of functional management and competency for Supply Chain, Production, Methods and Maintenance.
  • Schneider Electric North-East Africa - Director - Operations

    2008 - 2010 In charge of Business Project center, 2 Manufacturing Plants, 1 Distribution center and 1 Design team (700 people).
  • Schneider Electric North-East Africa - Director - Project Manager

    2007 - 2008 North-East Africa Zone organization of Schneider Electric, based in Cairo.

    In charge of 2 construction projects, for a new Plant and for our new Head Quarter for the zone, as well as a project to re-engineer the complete Supply Chain of the zone.

    Main Acheivements:
    * Build the 2 buildings in less than 18 months between march 2007 and september 2008 within the budget (10 M€).
    * Define and implement Customer Logistic Offers, Collaborative Sales Forecasts process, MRP Management, Warehouse Management.
  • Schneider Electric China - Industrial and Quality Manager

    Rueil Malmaison 2005 - 2007 Equipment & Medium Voltage (EMV) Division.
    * EMV scope beg 2007: 6 Business Units, over 1,500 people, over 300MUSD Turnover.
    * In charge of Quality, Purchasing, Industrialization, ERP and project management.
    * Responsibilities: Industrialize new offers within our Offer Creation Process (OCP). Drive and support functionally Division Industrial & Quality performances.

    Main acheivements :
    * Define and build up EMV Industrial & Quality organization and team (60p) from scratch.
    * Manage the Industrialization and Quality of 2 major worldwide OCP projects.
    * Coach the Industrial and Quality teams of the 6 Business Units of the division to support 25% Sales Growth.
  • SBMV, Schneider Electric China Subsidiary - Industrial Manager

    2001 - 2006 * Management of 120 people (Turnover = 70MUSD in 2001, 130MUSD in 2005).
    * In charge of Industrialization, Transfer projects, Technical, Purchasing, Localization, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Costing and IT.
    * Define & implement the MV Industrial strategy. Run all the operations of the plant.

    Main acheivements :
    * Build up Industrial team, competences and organization. Implement SAP ERP.
    * Industrialize 6MUSD Investment (manufacturing lines transferred from France and Australia) and localize 6MUSD of purchase with 25% savings (5MUSD/year).
    * Lean Manufacturing (40% space & labor savings) & Six Sigma sponsor (15 projects).
  • SFCME, Schneider Electric subsidiary - Production Manager

    1995 - 2001 Epoxy insulating parts Workshop Manager (Turnover=10 ME/yr).
    * Management of 60 to 70 people working in 3 shifts / 6 days.
    * In charge of Manufacturing, Methods, Process, Maintenance and Investment.

    Main acheivements :
    * Renewal of industrial tool, process and utilities for New Offer (3ME Investment).
    * Management of manufacturing cost reduction program (-25% in 3 years).
    * Definition, negotiation and implementation of a new work organization(10% productivity).
  • Schneider Electric Thailand - Engineer

    Rueil Malmaison 1993 - 1995 French National Service (16 months) + expatriate mission (6 months).
    * Manufacturing start up of LV/MV products & equipments for Thaïland market.

    Main acheivements :
    * Set up Manufacturing process & cost control, train and coach local teams.
    * Design and industrialize a local LV switchboard adaptation.
    * Implement production management and MAX MRP software.
