    • Process and application support:
    - Direct support and advice to Asian sourcing offices (on site, mail, phone)
    Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Bangladesh, India [at least one visit a year]
    - Audit and business process modeling in order to enhance effectiveness
    Logistics business review and redaction of a sum up document for the new comers

    • Solution development:
    - Conduct requirements for the development and implementation of solutions (Supply Chain)
    Process implementation for automatic creation of containers in PSS system
    with EDI messages exchanges between Carrefour and forwarders company
    98% of the containers are now done automatically
    Gap studies on existing solution and reports to projects manager in France
    - Creation of dedicate tools, on Excel VBA, to help on system set up
    The settings can be done 5 times faster

    - Technical support to the end users, ensure the quality of service, part of a global team
