    March 2006– present EU Finance European Business integration Manager.

    Scope:
    • European wide SAP deployment for finance, purchasing with outsourcing the shared services of finance. One global SAP instance in Burscheid. Total People on the project : 300 including IT and 80 Plants in EU. Deployment of 15 plants per 3 months. Total people on the SSC : 500.
    • Management of the transition from the plant to and the external shared service center and central organizations for the AR, AP, I/C, Cash and Bank and T&E process (Acquired in depth knowledge of all these detailed business processes including continuous improved them).
    • Coordinate and moderate on-site knowledge transfer workshops (6-8 experts from central and SSC)
    • Identify acceptance criteria plus track and resolve roadblocks (average of 200 issues per Deployment)
    • Create and hold presentation for weekly and support monthly executive steering meeting.

    Achievements:
    • Currently 100% implemented .
    • Transition to SSC 100 %.
    • Successfully implementation of JC standards in short timescales whilst ensuring business continuity to our customers and suppliers.














    Jan 2005– Februar 2006 European costing leader & acting as PME lead few months

    Scope:

    • Lead and manage design and build costing team.
    • Improve EU costing processes.
    • Supporting AP & C&B activities after transition to SSC
    • Interfacing of master data with bank

    Achievements:
    • Delivered several standardization processes.
    • New process implemented for Europe
    • Documentation now available
    • 50 % of preparation for automatic interfacing from master date with bank.
    • Transition to the new project leader

    • Lead mfgpro finance installation in several countries
