1990 - 2012 I belong to the 1990-1993 class of Special Military Academy of Saint-Cyr.
With a degree in International Relations, I chose the armoured branch with a mountain specialisation. On completion of my armoured training, I started my mountain specialisation at the Mountain Warfare School (EMHM) in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, and served from 1994 to 2002 in various capacities in the armoured regiment of the 27th mountain infantry brigade. I commanded a Mountain Scout Squadron in Gap from 2000 to 2002.
I then joined the military academy in Saint-Cyr-Coëtquidan in order to be instructor at the Combined Academy to teach on the NCO commissioning course.
After attending the Joint Staff College in Paris, I was posted as chief operations of the mountain reconnaissance regiment located in Gap (2007-2009).
Since 2009 I serve as the armoured future capability requirement officer in the planning branch of the Army Staff in the MoD in Paris, in charge among other issues of prospective studies about the Army in view of 2030.
