• Altran France - Head of Electronics Expertise Center

  Vélizy-Villacoublay 2019 - maintenant I am in charge of defining the strategy for ALTRAN to provide Electronics services and products to our customers, in any industries.
  With the Electronics Solution managers, Team Managers, Sales Manager and Program Managers, we are deployed all over the french sites, close to our clients.
  We deliver critical FPGA development, Products for automotive, build to spec for industry, and ASIC full development with the help of our offshore delivery center based in India Bengalore.
  Our objective is to keep increasing the value as well as reaching our customers comitments for delay and certification aspect.

• Altran France - FPGA/ASIC Solution Manager

  Vélizy-Villacoublay 2016 - 2019 I am part of the core team of the Electronics Expertise Center in Altran France.
  My role is to understand customer needs in terms of FPGA/ASIC technology and proposing best technical solution/organisation to deliver project.
  Delivery can be either done in technical assistance or fixed price project.
  The covered fields of activity mostly concern Avionics, Space, Defense, Telecom and Media

• Altran - FPGA Practice Manager

  Vélizy-Villacoublay 2013 - 2015 I am in charge of managing the FPGA Delivery Center of ALTRAN France - West Region.
  My objective is to :
  - provide client with FPGA expertise at every development phase (from concept to product)
  - build technical and financial offer
  - manage project (planning, cost, quality)
  - manage team (task assignment, workload tracking, recruitment, trainings)
  
  The FPGA Delivery Center provides services for key customers : THALES, CANON Research France, TEAMCAST, THOMSON Video Networks, INTEL, CNES, etc.

• Altran - FPGA Expert / Hardware Project Leader

  Vélizy-Villacoublay 2012 - 2013 My most representative mission is for TEAMCAST based in Rennes as FPGA Expert on TVoverIP topics. My objective is to add features on IP input.The FPGA used is VirtexV.
  
  In parallel of FPGA expertise, I am also in charge of managing FPGA projects. Projects deal with Raw Video Processing, Network Errors Robustness.

• ALTRAN - FPGA Expert / Hardware Project Leader

  Vélizy-Villacoublay 2010 - 2012 My most representative mission is for CANON Research France in Rennes as FPGA Architect on Home networking topics.
  The FPGA used is Stratix IV GX. I define and develop full FPGA architecure, modules interconnection, implement SOPC, support SW integration team, etc.
  
  In parallel of FPGA expertise, I am also in charge of managing FPGA projects. Projects deal with Routing mechanism, Audio/Video Interfaces (SDI, HDMI), High Speed FPGA Interconnection, FecProMPEG

• Thomson GrassValley - FPGA Architect and Project Manager

  2002 - 2010 My role is to define architecture of complex FPGA implementing high-speed interfaces for digital video acquisition, pre-processing and generation.
  
  The products target :
  - broadcast applications (SDI encoder, MPEG2 monitor/servers)
  - broadband applications (Video on Ethernet analyser/VOD)
  
  The heart of technology is FPGA from ALTERA (Stratix, Arria, Cyclone).
  
  FPGA interfaces are ASI (compressed video), SDI (uncompressed video) and Gigabit ethernet (network) on one side and PCI/PCI express on the other side for control by standalone equipement or server.
