Aurélie LABAT

WIRRAL

En résumé

I have nearly 7 years experience in Research & Development in the FMCG business (Unilever), specifically in quantitative research, sensory analysis and claims, first in Laundry R&D for 3 years, and then in my current role for all Unilever categories (Home Care, Personal Care, Foods and Refreshment) for the past 4 years.

My strengths:
• I gather ideas and consider suggestions in a straightforward, transparent and structured manner to deliver new protocols and methods.
• I communicate to a wide range of different people (cultures, work levels), sharing information and setting directions, using this competency to influence and build an effective network.
• I embrace change rather than resist it and am constantly willing to learn and looking for opportunities to learn new skills. I am responsive by nature and very flexible.
