    MARCY-L'ETOILE 2006 - 2006 bioMérieux est un groupe mondial spécialisé dans le diagnostic in vitro destiné à des applications médicales et industrielles. Il conçoit, développe, produit et commercialise des systèmes pour le clinique et l'industrie.

    Mon rôle, optimiser un milieu de culture pour un automate BioMérieux et résoudre diverses problématiques liées à la production de celui-ci.
    Plusieurs interfaces à cette mission :
    Recherche (bibliographique, essais laboratoire);
    Développement (recherche d'un nouveau process de production, mise au point d'un partenariat avec un nouveau prestataire de services ; collaboration étroite avec les services production, marketing, juridique de bioMérieux);

    2005 - 2005 Clonages d’un gène rapporteur type luciférase et suivi de l’activité transcriptionnelle d’une serie de gènes du Quorum Sensing chez E.coli.
