    Je suis assisté dans ma mission d’un responsable maintenance et travaux, d’une responsable recrutement et d’un analyste flux et logistique.

    Résultats : augmentation de CA de 19 % en trois ans à surface comparable et du résultat brut d’exploitation de 26%, turnover des effectifs ramené de 26% à 12%.

    Mission:
    - validation des mouvements R.H (recrutement, mutation, promotion et départ) et valide le plan de formation annuel de ma région.
    Relations avec les IRP (CE, CHSCT et DP).

    -Implémentation des normes commerciales et merchandising par la mise en place de lignes conductrices hebdomadaires, mensuelles et saison, l'animation du marketing local et la mise en place de challenges commerciaux.

    (résultats d’exploitation, flux, panier moyen, taux de transformation, développement sectoriel, progression des gammes, démarque, frais de personnel, productivité…) et du P&L de ma région allant de la définition du budget prévisionnel à son pilotage tout au long de l'exercice et reporting à la fois quantitatif et qualitatif de mes activités.

    -Ouverture, en collaboration avec les services travaux et maintenance, 7 nouveaux magasins dont le premier concept centre ville dédié à l’univers de la femme (LEVALLOIS) et le premier dans l’univers du bébé 0 36 mois (ASNIERES) et procédé à 6 rénovations « lourdes » en quatre ans.

    -Coordination de projets transversaux nationaux, depuis deux ans concernant notamment la gestion des stocks et des frais de personnel (mise en place de nouvelles procédure, d’outils de suivi et books formation) et l’optimisation de la sécurité des biens et des personnes en magasin.
