Baudouin is a team manager and expert consultant for Winch Consulting. He has more than 23 year's experience in the ERP world. His broad background in various domains such as engineering, controlling and asset management, material management, plant manufacturing or human resources combined with a strong technical knowledge of systems gives him a strong capability of integrating all modules into Business Intelligence.
Baudouin’s primary focus is supporting customers by managing interim and managing projects especially those with global processes and international focus.
His professional career consists of both functional and technical projects ranging from program and project management and expert consulting to coaching.
Baudouin has a broad experience in all phases of the software cycle: from proof-of-concepts evaluation to implementation, support and upgrade and this with or without R/3 as source of data, but also in deep technical background of BW/BO, R/3 and databases.
