  • Cassiopea - Chargée de communication

    PERIGUEUX 2010 - 2015 CASSIOPEA: association made of 4 departments dedicated to supporting the elderly (+5000 members, +40 employees).
    DUTIES: My mission was to handle all tasks linked with the association’s reputation.
    - I firstly worked on the definition of a new communications strategy and graphic line. Then I reshaped, improved and implement all the communications collateral (e.g. leaflets, ads, kakemonos…).
    - I managed, developed and monitored the presence in the media.
    - I wrote, designed and managed the sending of a quarterly newsletter (4 pages, 19000 prints, 15 newsletters realised).
    - I led and coordinated events (exhibitions, forums, anniversaries….).
    - I accompanied product launch
    - I also supported my supervisors and colleagues in communications related matters.

  • ADEISO - Chargée de Mission

    AYTRE 2009 - 2009 ADEISO: association supporting and lobbying for electronic and IT companies (+130 members).
    DUTIES: I developed the press relations. I wrote, designed and sent the association’s e-newsletter. I organised 2 professional forums and I liaised with 6 companies in order to set up and run a shared stand on an international exhibition in Paris.

  • ADERA Service - Chargée de Projets

    2007 - 2008 ADERA: association willing to increase the relations between Universities/Research centres and companies (+ 40 employees). ADERA Service is its department devoted to events organisation.
    DUTIES: During 2 short-term contracts I organised national and international conferences and exhibitions bringing together up to 900 participants, which includes, amongst other, the registration of the delegates, the print of material, the organisation of gala dinners and touristic tours, and the search for sponsors and exhibitors.
