DUBLIN
Berta has 4.5 years experience in the HR field. Starting 2007, she has been working in the recruiting industry, having participated in several executive search projects for middle and top management positions. Previously, Berta has planned, organized, and delivered training and teambuilding programs both in the corporate sector and in the NGO field.
Berta graduated with a degree in Organizational and Managerial Psychology and is now completing a Master’s Program in Business Management and Communication.
Berta joined the SpenglerFox office in Bucharest last year and since then has ensured the research activity for high-level national and cross-borders assignments. Her primary focus areas are Healthcare and FMCG.
Berta is fluent in English and conversational in Hungarian and French.
