Since September 2012, as Post-Merger Manager, reporting to the Group CEO, in addition to my previous role, I define the integration schedule on main topics (sales synergies, branding, IT and Finance) with the Altran group Directors and the acquired companies management.
Since October 2011, I'm the Altran Group's Strategy Execution Director. Reporting to the CEO of the Group, my responsibility is to manage the execution of the strategy on all the Group.
From 2010 to 2011, I was in charge of the roll out of Solution Centers in the various countries of the Group, helping local management to setup, restructure or align their local organizations and practices with corporate requirements. This included a special focus on Germany, Italy, Sweden and Portugal
From 2008 to 2011, I was Director of Altran CIS Solution Center. Acting on a larger perimeter, we introduced in the Solution Center scope the Research activities.
From 2006 to 2007, I was Director of Altran Telecoms Solution Center, a structure I founded and that is in charge of all fixed price projects for the company.
It also includes all technical practices that hold expertise, manage communities and build offerings and partnerships - and operational strategy that derives corporate strategy in local business lines strategy.
From 2003 to 2006, I was Business Unit Director and was in charge of the direct management of business managers and indirect management of consultants. I also was in charge of key account management of our main customers and was managing the Business Unit P&L. With my Managers, I developed dedicated services for telecoms vendors and operators.
From 2000 to 2003, I was Business Manager, hiring masters degree consultants and developing sales in telecoms, automotive and aerospace consulting.
From 1999 to 2000, I was a telecommunication consultant working for SAGEM company on devices.
From 1998 to 1999, I was doing a Master of Science in Telecommunications in Chicago, IL, USA
