Developed monthly financial reviews, budgeting, financial planning and Key Performance Indicators to drive the profitability of this new entity. Prepared and participated successfully at all joint-venture board meetings with the Chinese partner and lead communication and negotiation with Chinese local authorities.     o Team member of the glass factory construction project in China. Greenfield project of one year with a total investment of $30M. In charge of all administrative and finance tasks of the project including a local loan of $15M. Project started on time and within the investment envelop.
    o Implementation of two ERP (Accpac and SAP R/3).
    o Company breakeven after two years and an operating income of 10% the fourth year.
    o Assisted the launch of a new distribution entity in Australia.
