COURBEVOIE2011 - 2015 Preparation and validation of Maintenance programs in line with production plan.
Supervision and monitoring the implementation of above programs in liaison with site teams (no backlog).Preparation, review and update Company Maintenance Strategy
Provide support to Production and Maintenance activities on site and assess the quality of the site operations through regular audits and inspections.
Develop the Maintenance procedures.
Identification of the critical spare parts and ensure their availability in stock.
Coordination with Vendors/OEMs and suppliers as required.
Perform cost analysis of Maintenance activities and proposes solutions
to reduce costs.
Participation to the preparation of the Maintenance budgets.
Evaluation / Train maintenance personnel.
Assist the Field Operations Manager in the definition of modifications: review modifications requests from
Ensure MIEC (Maintenance Inspection Engineering) is completed for all new equipment and projects.
