SAP Business Support Specialist
Objective: to provide analysis, design, configuration and support as well as work closely with the IT department
and end-users to troubleshoot SAP issues
• Manage installation add-on software components, SAP profile le parameter changes,
workload analysis
• Guarantee business support for all SAP and other technical related matters
• Consistently monitor and troubleshoot to enhance software functionality
• Manage product costing and profi tability analysis
• Support other SAP team members with testing and intergration points
• Ensure that all application build & run activities are performed in a secure, safe and
compliant manner to meet internal and external standards and controls
• Coordinate tests validation and defi ned recovery plan and interface connection
• Change impact evalutations
• Maintain the health and integrity of the database
