  • ALLEVARD iAi . INDIA - Chief Technical Officer. Allevard-iAi Suspension Pte Ltd

    2010 - maintenant Antiroll bar manufacturing plant. 50 employees. Sales of 2 M€ (2013). Allevard-iAi is a joint-venture.
    ▪ Missions :
    1) Management of a 6 people team in charge of the project development.
    It includes : new product design, prototype manufacturing, validation test, and the design and manufacturing of production tooling. Project managed according to the automotive standard (APQP, PPAP).
    2) Knowledge transfert (product&process) and best pratices setup.
    ▪ Results :
    2012 : start of 7 projects production (target of 5). Sales increase by 800 k€. Customers : Tata Motors and Force Motors.
    2013 : 7 news projects development. Sales increase by 1 M€ . Customers: Tata Motors and Mahindra.
  • ALLEVARD REJNA AUTOSUSPENSION. DOUAI - Indirect purchasing manager for 3 Allevard-Rejna plants.

    2008 - 2010 ▪ Mission :
    Development of the global purchasing policy for 3 manufacturing plants in France.
    ▪ Results :
    2009 and 2010 : purchasing reorganization, procedures centralization (SAP) and implementation of global contract.
  • ALLEVARD-REJNA AUTOSUSPENSION. DOUAI - Indirect purchasing manager for Allevard-Rejna Douai Plant

    2006 - 2008 ▪ Mission :
    Order and contract optimization. Portfolio : 8 M€.
    ▪ Results :
    2008 : saving of 3.2% for the orders (target was 2.5%). Saving of 7% on contract.
    Start of SAP. Total saving of 390 k€ in 2 years.
  • ALLEVARD REJNA AUTOSUSPENSION. DOUAI - Development project leader. Antiroll Bar for Mercedes-Benz.

    2001 - 2006 ▪ Mission :
    New product development for Mercedes Benz (Stuttgart)
    ▪ Results :
    Development of 5 projects/year (target of 3).
    Start of the first tubular antiroll bar for Mercedes (S Class) and of new patented manufacturing process (induction heating).
  • SCHENCK Process - Technical Sales Engineer. Weighing/dosing division of SCHENCK Process.

    1999 - 2001 ▪ Mission : sale increase .
    ▪ Results : sales of 1.4 M€ in 2000, increase of 22%.
    Business : weighing and dosing equipment for heavy and chemical industry.
  • PRODEL Automation - Development project leader. Assembly machine for Prodel Automation.

    1997 - 1998 ▪ Mission : development of 3 fully automatic assembly machines for german customers. Automotive industry and mobile-phone.
