En résumé

Agronomist and Economist, I am fascinated about local development and in particular in topics linked with environment or agriculture. I am looking for a position in order to start my career. I have a strong knowledge in topics linked with agriculture, environment and infrastructures and combine a scientific, sociologic and economic approach. I am convinced about the role of the private sector in economic development and I am happy to work at the frontieer between agricultural production and the private sector. Working on projects within a territory is also of a big interest for me. I speak French, English and Spanish at a professional level. If you work in or with the production sector, in environment or local economic develoment, please do not hesitate to contact me.     2013 - maintenant Thesis in English on the link between firms participation to regional dynamics depending on their internal organisation. Case study through semi-structured interviews.

  • French embassy in Spain - Intern: impact of public support on agricultual competitiveness

    2012 - 2012 Thesis on the impact of public support (insurance, common agricultural policy, loans, labour taxes) on the competitiveness of French and Spanish agriculture. Comparative study of two regions based on interviews in French (12) and Spanish (10) with producer organizations, agricultural cooperatives and policy makers. Redaction of synthesis notes and journal articles, involvement in all activities of the service.

  • Les jardins du midi - Environmental Engineer: evaluation of carbon footprints of agricultural production and importation

    2010 - 2010 The project was completed in 180 hours of work in group of 6. Achieving the Carbon Impact from production to the end of the storage period. Management of the team (6 people), meetings, project monitoring, interview with producers (France, Argentina, New Zealand). Report of meetings, budget management, coordination of individual work , managment of deadlines, completion of a SWOT. Project realized with excel softaware and flexibility ensured for the company to keep updating it.

  • Freshfel Europe - Intern in charge of agricultural issues at the european level

    2010 - 2010 Understanding and assessing the functioning different areas at the same time: production of sprouts with the Escherichia Coli issue in EU, commercial legislation, incoming debates and so on. Concertation with Europeans producers of sprouts (12) in order to engage in the drafting of a European guide of good hygiene practices for sprouts production , update a site with legislation, forecast production of apples and pears in Europe and ten third countries (with the ACCESS software)

    2009 - 2010 Field work at all stage of the growth process of crops, managment of demand for support from common agricultural policy, solicitation of customers to sell cider, diagnostic of financial viability of the enterprise
