3 generic products have been developped for billing system: Cash and stock management (APSM) for telephony agencies, mass operation tool (AMOM) and dunning/credit control (ACDM). The 3 of them interact highly with BSCS system from LHS. I am responsible of the change requests, the genericity of the solutions, and the relationship with Orange Corp on the management of these generic solutions.
