Talent Leader – IBM Southwest Europe - November 2006 - November 2007
Reporting to the VP HR IBM Southwest Europe as well as the Global Talent Leader, I was responsible for the Talent management and delivery which includes recruitment as well as all aspects of resources management. Reporting to the VP HR IBM France, I additionally kept my responsibilities as WFM Leader for France as per my previous role.
Workforce Management (WFM) Leader – IBM France - January 2005-January 2006
Reporting to the VP HR IBM France, I was responsible for the WFM policies and processes for France
which includes all aspects of resources management.
EMEA Human Resources Partner – IBM EMEA - October 2001 to December 2004
Reporting to the EMEA VP HR for Sales & Distribution, I was the HR consultant for most of IBM Sales & Distribution businesses. My role was to be the HR Client relationship person for the EMEA Vice-Presidents of these businesses by advising them and supporting them on HR Strategy and all HR issues affecting their EMEA population (overall, across all Businesses, this represents about 2000 employees).
EMEA Recruitment Partner – IBM EMEA - January 2000 to September 2001
My main role, for the first 6 months, was to assist the EMEA Director of Staffing in setting up a new EMEA recruitment centre as well as in developing and implementing a new pan-EMEA recruitment process, supported by a new external IT solution. I then became an EMEA recruitment partner where I was managing pan-EMEA recruitment campaigns for specific businesses, working directly with the business units leaders and collaborating with the Country recruitment teams to ensure we met our quantitative and qualitative recruitment objectives.
Finally, for the last 5 months of this assignment, I managed a team of 10 persons responsible to provide central administrative support for the French and Belgium recruitment teams based “in country”.
Compensation & Benefits Specialist supporting France & Italy
In newly created IBM EMEA HR Shared Services Centre - September 1998 to December 1999
Within a team of about 10 people supporting France, my main role was to provide specialist advice in the area of salary increase programs, position evaluation, awards, retention tools and benefits to French and Italian employees and managers. To accomplish these responsibilities, I had to collaborate closely with the “in-country” HR team to ensure consistency of our messages and as I was relying on their expertise and experience to build my own knowledge.
