    Clichy 2010 - maintenant In charge of 20 import vendors and 15 French vendors including Interforum, 1st publishers group in France.

     Negotiation:
    lead of yearly negotiations with publishers commercial representatives (annual T&Cs, content support, marketing campaigns).

     Business development:
    coordination of demand, supply chain and vendor management teams to develop specific marketing actions and supply chain processes in order to improve turnover and consumer experience of non-trade and import books at key periods of the year such as back-to-school and Christmas.

     Transversal projects:
    - Books vendor database complete rework aiming at margin improvement, accuracy of ordering
    system, delivery delays improvement: analysis, process definition and team training
    - Vine tech owner during 6 months for all Amazon categories: program aiming at getting more
    consumer reviews on detail pages and sold to the vendors

  • Guerlain - Sell Out Manager - Asia & Anglo-Saxon Countries

    Levallois-Perret 2006 - 2010 Definition and optimisation of Headquarters strategy on Asia and Anglo-Saxon zone: 5 markets(Japan, USA, Canada, Mexico and UK) and coordinator of 2 zones (Asia and Latin America).
