En résumé

In 3 years’ experience within AkzoNobel in France, managing activation of comms strategy and plans, I succeeded in building relationships and connecting with 3 business areas in France. This is an asset to build up communications cross countries and bring our company strategy and purpose to life through engaging and common storytelling.

I’m good at steering and coordinating communications projects in order to promote and develop a common image and message.

I have 25 years’s experience in Corporate communications across a wide range of BtoB and BtoC industries – mainly pharmaceutical industries such as L’Oreal, Ethypharm, Vetoquinol, and more recently Air Liquide - I started my carreer as a journalist in regional press and I have done Learning & Development in crisis and change management

Large part of my contribution at AkzoNobel was to conduct transformation of our main distribution channels and change management. I also supported our managers in connecting them to their team with a more efficient and harmonized way of communicating with their employees.
My main contribution was to actively support changes to turn around our business in France.

My main areas of expertise after 20 years’ experience cover mainly press relations, public relations, corporate and customer’s events and internal engagement, but also change management and crisis communication.
