of the Key Account Management team of tier-one client
* Attract, develop and retain talents
* High potential and talents identification ;
* Cultural Survey to drive the Group rebranding and reach the targeted generation ;
* Data collect, analyze and proposals ;
* Organization design and deployment on HR aspects for the French office and as a support for the group:
* Design and deploy critical HR activities (training, assessment, staffing, people management, lay-off etc)
* Strategic workforce planning ;
* Recruitment, Hiring, Onboarding ;
* Manage the recruitment process (cv selection, HR interviews, test, feedback, partnership with recruiters) ;
* Contribute to the contract's redaction
* Define & manage the onboarding plan ;
* Skill mapping and Training plan deployment (in charge for France, as a support for the group) ;
* Map the competencies for the group, identify gaps (individual & country level) on several categories : offer, sector, methodologies, and tools ;
* Elaborate & deploy the french training plan (internal and external trainings) ;
* Load management on transversal projects ;
* Ensure the load management of consultants involving several business units ;
* Anticipate -on middle and long term- the needs regarding the commercial pipe
* Tier-one Client : Greenbelt trainers' Competency development and alignment (KAM activities) ;
* Development & coordination of the group training system ;
* Organize induction of new consultants to the client model, history & factories ;
* Develop tracking tools to reduce gaps, anomalies and countermeasures ;
* Manage the global team competencies & define the internal training plan required ;
* Trainer on the client greenbelt protocol (89 trainers in 26 countries to follow) ;
* Group alignment on the global offers (support) ;
