    - Develop and implement sourcing strategies
    - Implement global strategies/initiatives at local level
    - Monitor the spend and be responsible for the savings development
    - Implement and conduct risk management process, and ensure availability of mitigation plans for services
    - Identify and develop best in class suppliers
    - Implement and maintain supplier management system
    - Monitors supplier performance and compliance
    - Ensure compliance with contract management process.
