I have been working at Lucca since I graduated from EDHEC Business School ( in May 2009). Working for a small-but-growing-fast self funded company has been (and still is !) an awesome challenge as I’m able to contribute to many different projects within the company :
Sales :
- Demonstration of the Lucca solutions to leads and customers (web meetings and on-site meetings)
- Response to request for proposal
- Create business proposals and negotiate deals
- Follow up on leads and cross selling opportunities
Partnership :
- Help partners in sales opportunities through demo and technical meetings
- Help partners with specific deployment projects
- Train new (and existing) partners on our solutions and new features
Implementation project management:
- Analyse customer’s needs and write up customer’s specifications reports
- Set up solutions and interfaces (exports, API) to integrate with existing IT environment
- Train customer's admin on solutions
- Provide post-deployment support
- Supervise junior consultants

- Organize and attend trade shows
