    ST DENIS 2005 - maintenant • Regular contacts to telehouse providers in order to ensure access at anytime, security, technical readiness etc.of the telehouses.
    • Keep the PoP documentation updated.
    • Inventory management, (order of equipment, shipment, custom clearance, delivery, documentation etc.)
    • Support and co-ordination of new equipment installation and commissioning.
    • Routine audits of telehouse space and installed equipment.
    • Co-ordination of pro-active maintenance.
    • Preparation of opening, reduction or closing of telehouse space.
    • Trouble shooting support.
    • Escalation contact for all operations problems at the Local Business Unit – for all Platforms.
    • Active involvement in operation support projects (IT development, processes, O&M concepts etc.)
  • Dictaphone - Support Technique

    2002 - 2005 Deployment and installations/maintenance of Dictaphone’s voice recorder have been done all over
    France in different industries fields such as
     Security (Fire companies, Police department, Hospital)
     Banking (Traders)
     Call centers
    I was also in charge of pre-sales activities conjointly with Sales.
  • MFS Communication / Worldcom / MCI - Technicien / Ingenieur Reseaux

    1996 - 2002 I was in charge of technical and administrative tasks/issues in Rhônes-Alpes-Auvergne area. Technical
    tasks/issues for all equipment (maintenance, routine, on-call) and administrative tasks/issues (purchases
    orders, contractors and security management, for example to access to the collocate room). We had to
    maintain all telecom equipment in the Transport Room like switch frame relay, switch ATM, PDH
    equipment, DACCS (4.3.1 and 1.0) and SDH or WDM racks. We had also to maintain all power
    equipment in the DC plant room (Elteck system for 48VDC, rectifier, batteries, generator) and air
    conditioning system.


    I had also to planned and organize the different projects of interconnections with the other carrier companies
    like:
     France Telecom
     SFR
     Completel
    We installed all the Worldcom’s Service like data, internet voice or business link and organized the different
    national or Internationale End to End test.
    We were for the last point, a local computer support for the entire local user (secretary and sales team).
