Between 1999 and 2012, through her Master's degree in International Business and Marketing and her professional experience as European Sales Director in eCommerce, she helps her old company earn millions and manages multi-cultural and multi-ethnic teams with ease.

    2009 - 2010 Further to the sales and account management of leading retailers within the FR marketplace, I’m also responsible for the FR team of Account Managers.
    This involves the management leadership, recruitment and training of the staff, to meet the individual and company goals. I delivered several sales training to the merchant team/key account team.

    I contacted the webmaster or ad space seller of the identified websites to negotiate the space for price/link/graphic/position in page.

    I tracked record data (using Excel and Access), document the deals, payments etc.

    I coached and improved communication techniques and negotiation skills of the small merchant team on negotiating.
