    Paris 2014 - maintenant Extension of my previous tasks and responsibilities, supervising directly some hotels sales and franchise back and looking after potential hotel’s acquisition, focusing on financial return.
  • Accor - Asset Management Analyst

    Paris 2013 - 2014 Working closely with the Asset Management director to launch and enhance the Accor “Asset Light” strategy for Accor UK & Ireland:
    • Screening of the hotel network (owned & leased hotels): analysis of the financials related to lease surrender, hotel sales and management or franchise back, brand conversions
    • Participation in meetings with owners, investors, banks and agents
    • Creation of financial tools for decision making. Preparation of business plans, board approval papers, presentations, information memorandum
  • Accor UK & Ireland - Reporting Controller

    Paris 2011 - 2012 Extension of my previous tasks and responsibilities, working directly with the UK reporting financial manager:
    - Prepared the Accor UK and Ireland monthly reports for the hotels focusing on the below GOI analysis
    - HQ cost control
    - In charge of the budget elaboration: from the GOI to the PBT for the hotels and HQ
    - Preparation of the monthly performance review between the international top management
    - Financial control of the franchised hotels figures
    - Following and monitoring hotels Capex
  • Accor UK & Ireland - Management Accounts Controller

    Paris 2010 - 2011 - Monthly control and reconciliation between databases before and after accounting closures
    - Involved in the creation of most of the financial presentation done by the financial director and the UK CEO
    - Completion of monthly rolling forecasts of the HQ and Hotels statistics / revenue / GOI
    - Carried out pre-consolidation work such as fixed asset analysis, impairment tests and consistency checks and released consolidation packages to Accor SA under IAS standards
    - Responsible locally for the administration of the systems: accounting (Grand Back), Accor UK chart of accounts, reporting (Edifis, BIA, Surf)
