I have a strong understanding of hotel operations, particularly with large F&B operations, including: budgeting, forecasting, human resources management, sales, marketing and revenue management.
I have gained an extensive hospitality management experience in a wide array of brands and locations, which proves my ability to adapt and perform in very different and challenging environments. I am able apprehend complex issues and take initiative to develop new approaches that will suit the particular situations.
I am very well versed in all technical issues pertaining to renovations and hotel openings. I also enjoy building teams and provide them with leadership and training to achieve excellent financial performance and guests’ satisfaction.
