    Paris 2007 - 2011 CHEVRON ORONITE - Core SAP solution worldwide implementation, roll-out. (21 months).
    Role: Regional coordinator for the French site and domain leader in production and logistic.
    Context: Chevron core model solution (SAP IS-oil) covers modules FI, CO, PP, SD, MM, QM, APO of version 6.0 for 4 plants (France, Brazil, Singapour, US).

    My results:
    -PP sub-modules implemented in process industry (PI) environment: Availability check, process order configuration (type, confirmation, search batch strategy), PP and QM master data configuration (Bill of material, routing, production version, work center, MRP view, inspection type, inspection plan).
    -Chevron best practice developed for sales order confirmation, planification, outbound deliveries creation.
    -Specific reports developed (inventory, production execution, demand trough execution)
    -Project phases lead (testing, key users training, cut-over, go-live, fit/gap analysis).
    -Site project management meeting driven. Project tasks status followed-up. Functional and technical resources coached.

    ACCENTURE – Reply to request for proposal (2 months).
    Role: Cross-functional analyst.
    Context: Work in collaboration with the Accenture partner on request for proposal for a SAP implementation for LVMH, Tag Heuer and Shiseido.

    My results:
    -Provide a high level answer for SAP implementation with a functional scope definition (PP, SD, MM, FI, APO)
    -Cost estimation, organization chart definition.

    TIMKEN - Core SAP solution worldwide roll-out (9 months).
    Role: PP functional analyst for the French/Romania/Poland site.
    Context: Timken core model solution covers modules FI, CO, PP, SD, MM of version 4.6B for 4 plants (France, US, Singapour, Western Europe).

    My results:
    -PP sub-modules implemented in discrete manufacturing environment: production order configuration (type, production scheduling profile, availability control), batch determination, MPS, MRP, specific replenishment process (cross production orders).
    -Forms (production travelers) and production reports developed with SAP queries.
    -PP master and transactional data (BOM, routing, work center, production order) migrated.
    -Lead the testing phase for the PP area for the French plant. Lead the gap analyze phase for PP processes for the Romania/Poland plants.
    -Organizational chart gathered (Organizational data, PP-MM-SD data)

    SAINT-GOBAIN - Core SAP solution national implementation and roll-out (8 months).
    Role: PP functional analyst.
    Context: SAP implementation/deployment for Saint-Gobain Placoplatre (goods consumer) (France). Repetitive manufacturing environment

    My results:
    -PP, CO training materials and documentations built.
    -Overall end users training planning scheduled. End users trained (600 users).
    -On-site local support for the biggest manufacture. 3rd level support on production and purchasing processes.
