Founded 60 years ago as Ward Howell USA, Signium International is the second oldest Executive Search firm and boasts a long and prestigious history worldwide in the profession. Signium was established on the principle of “success through Quality” as a spin-off from McKinsey.
Signium International is one of the founding firms of AESC (The Association of Executive Search Consultants), the only global professional association for the sector. At its founding, Signium assisted in the development of the organization’s Ethical and Professional Practice Codes to which it rigorously holds all its members to this day.
Signium currently has a network of 50 offices, strategically distributed in 27 countries with more than a 150 highly qualified consultants. The technical resources and quality standards are the same for each of our offices, however Signium’s corporate structure of networked partners, led by our international Board of Directors and consisting of representatives of the partner firms from around the world, brings diversity and a global perspective of the firm. Each partner firm is responsible for managing local project execution and coordinating between teams throughout our global network when clients’ needs cross borders, while at all times holding to the strictest professional codes. In this manner, we achieve consistent quality standards and methodology practices, as well as bringing both a global vision and key local knowledge to each project.
