    Campaigns
    ➢ Brief and develop marketing creative for all channels, including press advertising, DRTV, direct mail, e-mail, ppc, inserts, and door drops, reflecting the target audience and product messages.
    ➢ Selection of acquisition media and customer database segments for monthly marketing planning.

    Budgets
    ➢ Work with the Marketing Manager to devise the annual marketing plan and budget of about £3 millions.
    ➢ Determine promotional plan for managed product range in line with financial targets for the year (min ROI of 3, improve attrition and returns, reduce stocks)
    ➢ Set acquisition and retention response metrics and lifetime value targets for planned activity.

    Product
    ➢ Liaise with mints and coin suppliers to ensure the availability of agreed product.
