  • SFR - Chief Architect of the sales and billing systems redesign program

    2008 - 2013 ► Context
    Project (100M€+ over 4 years) to redesign offers, sales, billing and invoicing systems (20M customers, 800 stores, 12000 client relationship officers) in a legacy system of 600 applications

    ► Main responsibilities
    Front and back office integration of 120 legacy applications (CRM, Selfcare, Logistic, Network activation, Accounts Receivable, BI …) with the new applications (Oracle BRM & BPM, IBM ETL, Caméléon Catalogue)
    Designed the cross-channel sales architecture (Web, Digital, CRM, SFR and Partner’s stores, IVS)
    In charge of the architecture committees with IT and Business stakeholders
    Delivered the cartography, data model, technical and functional interoperability models

    ► Key achievements
    Set SOA/ESB/BPM rules for interoperability and integration of the 300 new flows between legacy and new systems.
    Designed customer contracts migration process from the legacy to the new system.
    Migration of the IVR infrastructure to a VoiceXML standard.
    Unified the invoice payments card paths : unique selfcare path on all channels, with real-time services (no data replication); increased the success rate of payment process of 4%.
    Change management : responsible for the design of the training guide and the training sessions for 300 attendees.
