  • SFR - Architect team leader for B2B / B2B2B / B2B2C and OSS

    2013 - 2015 Responsable du domaine architecture sur les SI B2B / DOP / OSS mobile chez SFR.
    Objectifs : Définir la stratégie des systèmes B2B et B2B2B/B2B2C
    Réussites : Audit de l’architecture en place puis réalisation d’un plan stratégique de transformation permettant de rationaliser et simplifier le SI, d’améliorer la QOS (estimé à 20M€, gains métiers / commerce / SI avec un ROI à 2 ans). Communication du plan de transformation au niveau SI / MOA et métiers. Participation à l’étude sur le rapprochement des systèmes B2C Virgin / SFR dans le cadre du rachat de SFR. Pilotage de l’étude sur la création frontal WEB (tablette) de prise de commande pour les clients TPME (Délai de mise en facturation divisé par 3). Supervision de la réalisation des différents projets stratégiques B2B et B2B2B/B2B2C.

    Results: Audit of systems in place and definition of a strategic transformation plan with development teams (20m€ for 4 years). Communication of strategic transformation plan in the whole company. Study to merge Virgin and SFR information systems. Study to build a web portal for B2B small business. Integration of architects with non-cooperatives departments. Realizations of plans to rationalize and simplify systems to enhance QOS and exploitability.

  • SFR - Architect team Leader for OSS systems

    2012 - 2013 Responsable du domaine architecture sur le SI Opérateur de SFR
    Objectifs : Définition des orientations des systèmes OSS en cohérence avec les échéances moyens termes du réseau et des projets en cours sur les différentes entités business de SFR. Définition d’une cible pour refondre les systèmes de collectes de SFR (cible : 2 Milliards de tickets par jour). Pilotage d’études sur des projets de migration réseau impactant tous les clients de SFR (22 millions de clients). Pilotage d’une étude et suivi du projet sur la mise en place d’une solution innovante de gestion de la fraude et de suivi temps réel des consommations (70% de réduction de la fraude à l’usage). Pilotage de l’étude sur le projet Européen Roaming 3 et argumentation pour ne pas faire le projet (10m€) en travaillant sur les risques vis-à-vis de l’ARCEP.

    Objectives: to realize the director schema of OSS direction, to define and integrate in the budget OSS transformation project, to lead architecture’s meetings
    Results: Three year OSS evolution plan according to network and business evolutions. Target architecture for mediations (2 billion CDR per day). Studies to migrate network equipment (HLR, prepaid IN, VPN IN). Study to design an innovating solution to manage fraud and real time rating for postpaid customers. Lots of studies to enhance QOS and Exploitability for provisioning systems. Study for European Roaming 3 regulation and a way not to do it. Realization of the director schema for OSS domain.

  • SFR - Architect B/OSS

    2009 - 2012 Architecte sur le SI Opérateur de SFR
    Objectifs : Réalisation du schéma directeur de l’activité, études de faisabilité sur des sujets complexes
    Réussites : Etude puis suivi de la mise en œuvre de la solution de traitement des réquisitions judiciaires, du projet réglementaire Cut Off Data Roaming, de la solution de migration du référentiel de service de SFR (22 millions de clients). Participation aux études stratégiques de l’OSS ou du BSS (BIOS et MOVE) en interface avec l’OSS.

    Architect in OSS Domain
    Objectives: to realize a part of the director schema, to manage very complex studies.
    Results: Study and monitoring of a French regulation project about legal procedures. RFQ, study and monitoring of a project to introduce a new IN Vendor for Cut Off data roaming (Huawei). Study and monitoring of a project to migrate OSS mobile line referential for all the subscribers (22 millions). Study to define the better way to manage a new SFR MVNO (Joe Mobile). Study about the merge of 9 Cegetel and SFR systems. Study and monitoring of a project to realize a convergent mobile and land line offer for B2B (using CIRPACK IPCentrex). Study to improve convergent solution integrating a CAS (Centrex Application server) on IMS architecture. IT representative in network committees.

    Réussites : Pilotage du projet de migration d’IN (12m€), mise en place d’un SI M2M low cost, construction et actualisation du budget de l’activité (14m€). Etude sur les impacts du projet de refonte BIOS sur les systèmes activation et collecte.
