    - Slovenské Elektrárne Bratislava, Slovak Republic (seconded by Enel, 20 months): member of the team (25 persons) responsible for the acquisition of the Slovak electric company Slovenské Elektrárne (860 m€) by Enel and post-merger integration process.
     Responsible for the valuation of the power plants assets and liabilities. Results: company successfully acquired.
     Project Manager for the post merger business improvement program. Achievements: cost reduction >1b€ for the radioactive waste management over the lifetime of the power plants.
     Support to the development of a strategy for the final phase of nuclear power generation in the Slovak Republic.
    - Endesa Madrid, Spain (seconded by Enel, 6 months): post merger project following the acquisition of Endesa. Responsibilities: implementation of a new organization responsible for the safety and the continuous improvement of Endesa’s power generating assets. Results: organization successfully established and contributing to the continuous improvement of the power plants performance.
    - EDF Energy UK, Dungeness B Power Plant, (seconded by Enel, 3 months): plant continuous improvement program.
    - WANO Paris, France (seconded by Enel for 26 months to the World Association of Nuclear Operators): Project manager for the continuous improvement of the safety and reliability of the nuclear power plants worldwide. Achievements: implementation of 20 performance reviews in different power plants worldwide.
