  - Prepare and coordinate planning’s between conception, purchasing, manufacturing, software and service teams
  - Write technical specification of the design department and manage conception review
  - Write software specifications and work with the software engineer team to get the functionality and feature in accordance to the customer needs.
  - Drive equipment cost and deal directly with some suppliers (especially EFEM and critical part suppliers)
  - Work on the system industrialization: develop system manuals, part list, final test, calibration procedure, PM procedure, system follow-up, production control plan and training document for customer.
  - Continuous improvement: provides feedback to the purchase (report part non conformance), design and software engineer team (using bug or new feature tracking software) to define future improvements with development and validation timing.
  - Project owner of 2 systems (critical customers): follow and sometimes participate (full or part time) to the hardware and process tool start-up (2 months spend in Taiwan and Austria). Perform monthly meeting with customer to follow the tool performances.

• Altatech Semiconductor - Field Service and R&D Engineer on Wafer inspection systems

  2007 - 2011 Field Service Engineer work :
  - System hardware and process start-ups in France and Singapore.
  - Work on the fist inspection system industrialisation: develop system manuals, part list, final test, calibration procedure, PM procedure, system follow-up, production control plan and training document for customer.
  - Perform system hardware and process start-ups in France and Singapore. Train customer maintenance and process engineers.
  - Internal training of technitian and engineers to get a Field Service Engineer backups
  - Work closely with the customer to
  - Follow and validate software improvements. Working closely with software engineer to optimize the Automatic Defect Classification (ADC) software. It is a continuous improvement work.
  
  R&D engineer work :
  - Work on new inspection device for backside wafer system and Darkfield inspection device : search of part suppliers, perform validation test, define process windows, write measurement reports and calibration procedures.
  
  Customer demonstration:
  - Work on customer (live or not) demonstration on their product to demonstrate the inspection system capabilities. Write specification to software engineer to develop new features regarding the customer requests and test it’s.

• Altatech Semiconductor - Field Service and Industrialization Engineer on ink deposition system

  2007 - 2007 - Work closely with the manufacturing team to organize and plan manufacturing and maintenance actions.
  - Develop all of the required documentation to manufacture (part list, manufacturing procedure and planning) a ink deposition system
  - Work closely with the R&D team to define improvements and new features priorities
  - System hardware and process start-up at LITEN – Grenoble (France)

  2006 - 2007 Tool Owner of hardware and process start-ups of tool composed by PVD chambers with ‘exotic’ material for an engineering line

• Applied Materials - Field Service Engineer / CIP and Advanced Copper PVD tool owner

  MEYLAN 2003 - 2006 CIP owner on PVD 200mm to improve tool reliability and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) :
  - Analyzing and following with the customer the tool performance
  - Working in collaboration with maintenance team, process team and american expert to develop action plan to improve tool reliability
  
  Advanced Copper PVD 200mm Start-Up tool owner for STMicroelectronics :
  - Prepare with Core Team and customer the First Tool in Fab.
  - Performing system start-up and working closely with american experts and Process Engineers to start and qualify the system for production line
