Give a clear brief to the designers (trends, themes, styles, materials, constructions)

- PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
In cooperation with the designers, I manage the development of the collection from the creation of prototypes to the final validation.

- BUDGETING
I build up the budget for the next season for each sub-season based on the objectives in terms of takings, profit margin and average selling price.

- PURCHASING
I purchase 4 to 5 sub seasons / season
I determine the number of options, allocate the quantities per cluster of stores (4) and selling price
I manage the OTB, repeat orders

- NEGOTIATION / SOURCING
I have ability to develop a negotiation strategy for each supplier and determine the relative bargaining position, set up the target prices. I developed tactics as leverages
Network of suppliers in Asia and Europe.

- SALES PERFORMANCE
I manage the business review: KPIs, weekly sales report, budget review and take action in response (markdown, white label..)

    In charge of 2 up-market brands (leather) and 3 others on entry and mid-range segments (synthetic) with more than 300 options (50% of the children turnover).
    Respositioning of the brands in terms of style, quality and price
    Build a coherent price architecture within these 5 brands
    Develop collection targeted at different clients: sophisticated, playful, trendy, girly and classical.
    Lead project in developing our own designs especially on the leather range: source leathers, outsoles, follow-up prototypes
