    * Setting up of process streamlining initiatives that enabled a 20% reduction of staff.
    * Screening of all the contracts for the provision of services to optimize their management, and reduce their costs.
    * These levers have led to a 30% cost reduction in 3 years.
    * Negotiation of a voluntary departure plan that will enable a 35% reduction of staff in less than 2 years.
    * Outsourcing negotiation of a 30-employee-activity with a big French service provider within the framework of article L1224-1 of the French Labour Code (equivalent to TUPE in UK).

    * Setup and management of a team dedicated to Loan & Securities Agency.
    * Implementation of Loan IQ being the state-of-the-art software to manage structured loans. HBFR has been the fastest bank ever to implement this complex software.
    * Originator and active participant in the European project ESNI (Euro Secured Notes Issuer) that enables banking loans to be refinanced by European central Bank.
