Since almost 10 years, I am specialized in ERP roll out in Financial and HR areas.
My management skills associated to my strong IT and technical knowledge enable me to :
- Understand customers needs.
- Specify business requirement and design them in the software.
- Conduct IT project and take care of change management process.
- Implement and customize ERP to fit the needs as much as possible.
- Build and manage a support team.
I have the willingness to be flexible and to work on any step during the system life cycle from customer needs to support post go-live.
During those years, I have been involved on several international IT projects in every kind of industry (pharmaceutical, aeronautics, telecommunication, oil and gas, IT services, cosmetics …), and I can easily adapt to each core business.
Regarding technical aspect, I am experienced on Oracle technologies and more especially on Peoplesoft HCM/FSCM.
Moreover, I have a particular interest on business intelligence and reporting problematic and I am able to understand databases interaction.
