• Turbomeca - Méthodes/ Production

  BORDES 2016 - 2016 End-of-courses placement in the methods office of the new helicopter engines assembly in Safran Helicoptere Engine (formerly know as Turbomeca) in Bordes, France. The context of my work placement was the improvement of a software used in production. This software called EPIC V2 is used to create and publish assembly schedule. This DTP software (destock publishing) is used to show the assembly process on the screen of the operator in the workshop. I was in charge of the enhancement and evolution projects of this project in view of industrial performances. I was the manager of different projects based on different kinds of topic. I had to define the need and the specifications consulting the different operating parts and I had to analyze and develop solutions tailored to my problematics.
  

• Thales - Training placement - Sotware technician - Cortona3D

  Courbevoie 2015 - 2015 Production of 3D maintenance tasks using the software Cortona3D for a new system developed by THALES SYSTEMES AEROPORTES.
  
  During my engineering internship in THALES, my aim was to analyze the maintenance related to a new system of the electronic warfare (VIGILE 100 MK2) in order to create some 3D animation for the maintenance operations.
  
  Création de tâches de maintenance 3D en utilisant la suite Cortona3D pour un nouveau système développé par THALES SYSTEMES AEROPORTES.
  
  Cette expérience a été axé sur une utilisation concrète du logiciel, en utilisant les différents outils et modules de Cortona3D, pour fournir une documentation technique plus visuelle et plus attractive (IPC 3D & animations 3D) pour le VIGILE 100 MK2.

• DIATEC Ingenierie - Training placement - Conception

  Stage de 6 mois dans un bureau d’étude, chez DIATEC SARL, à Vitré de Février à Juillet 2014.
  Conception et réalisations de modèles 3D de machines spéciales.
  Modélisation réalisée sur le logiciel SolidWorks 2012.
  Tâches effectuées : Analyse du besoin, définition du cahier des charges, proposition de solutions technologiques.
  

• Thales - Training placement - Project management

  Courbevoie 2013 - 2013 Training placement at THALES Brest for 10 weeks from June to August 2013 in the CSS part (Customers Support & Services).
  Configuration management between two 3D software packs (CATIA V5 and Cortona3D).
  Test of a plug-in on Cortona 3D developed for THALES SYSTEMES AEROPORTES.
  Problematic of my project: Because of the modification of the 3D model throughout the life of a system, TSA wants to know if it is possible to set up a work process with the software Cortona3D in the purpose of getting back the upstream work.
  
  
  
  Stage chez Thalès Systèmes Aéroportés, au centre Amiral Nomy à Brest, dans le service CSS (Soutien & Supports Clients).
  Évaluation des possibilités de gestion de configuration sous Cortona3D.
  Suite à l'évolution d'un modèle 3D sous CATIA V5 tout au long de la vie d'un équipement, est-il possible de mettre en place un processus de travail avec la suite de Cortona3D permettant de récupérer le travail effectué en amont sur les différents modules (IPC, les couleurs, la documentation technique...).
