Responsibilities: Development and deployment of a “Project Management” Community of Practices -‐ Creation, Administration and animation community platform based on MS SharePoint (including website and tools) -‐ Communication and reporting to Heads of “Project Manager” Teams -‐ Implementation of this local initiative into the transnational deployment plan.
Skills acquired: Design SharePoint Platform and EXCEL VBA code, international team working and leadership.

Responsibilities: Analysis of computer-‐assisted manufacturing control software behaviours. “Understanding” of workshop operation. Creation of a new workshop “model” and study of the associated delivery lead time and cost impacts. Software users training. Organization of weekly progress meetings.
Skills acquired: Use of computer-‐assisted manufacturing control software like BaaN. Improvement in the production fields. Team working and leadership. Ability to communicate and convince.

Responsibilities: Design of a new production system by using two impregnation methods. Elaboration of generated CAD files (layouts, assemblies) and drawing up Engineering Test Reports.
